We accept the following credit cards: VISA®, MasterCard®, Discover®, and American Express®.

You also have the option to checkout via PayPal, which accepts a wide variety of credit cards. 

Please note that we do not accept personal checks.

 

SALES TAX

We collect sales tax in Florida and Texas.

 

PRODUCT Availability

Since all of our products are crafted by hand in our studio, ship dates may vary. Our goal is to ship within 1 week of the order date. Personalized items usually ship within 2 weeks of the order date. We will notify you via email when your order ships.

Please send us an email if you need an order by a specific date to ensure that we will be able to accommodate your request.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders, regardless of quantity purchased, will only be charged a flat shipping fee of your choice of $4.00 for USPS First Class Mail (which includes tracking only, no insurance) or $7.50 for USPS Priority Mail (which includes tracking and insurance). 

Please choose USPS Priority Mail if you wish your package to be insured. 

USPS Priority Mail usually arrives within 2-3 business days of shipment within the Continental USA. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.)

We can ship to P.O. Boxes within the continental USA through the United States Postal Service.

We ship WORLDWIDE. Please contact us for shipping rates prior to ordering.

Shipping & Handling Rates are subject to change at any time.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, each piece may vary slightly.

The appearance of the color(s) may vary from the true color(s) depending on your monitor & computer settings. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your monitor is depicting the true color(s) of our products. If an exact color match is required, we will be pleased to provide you with a color swatch.

 

RETURNS

Items will be accepted for exchange / merchandise credit towards future purchases if returned in unused, original condition within 14 days of the date on your receipt. Initial shipping charges are not refundable on returns.

Please email us at sales@ultrabella.com prior to returning any merchandise.

Include your original sales receipt with your return, noting on the receipt (1) the item being returned, (2) the reason for the return, and (3) your preference – exchange or merchandise credit.

Please ship returns with freight prepaid & fully insured. For your own protection from damage / loss in transit, please ship via insured, traceable delivery.

Custom orders are not returnable.
